Biden asks Congress for additional $33 billion in Ukraine aid

President Joe Biden is asking Congress to approve $33 billion in additional aid for Ukraine, which would be on top of the $13.6 billion in military, economic and humanitarian assistance that U.S. lawmakers authorized last month.
