In Vietnam, the legal BAC limit is 0.02 percent. If caught driving with a BAC of 0.02 percent or more, fines of up to 2000000 VND and/or imprisoned for up to three months. The driver’s license may also be suspended as a result of the offence.

The legal BAC limit in New Zealand is 0.05%. If pulled over and found to have a BAC above this limit, the license may be revoked and fines of up to $4500 NZD or up to three months in jail may apply and the driver’s license may also be suspended as a consequence.
