Mall of America sues Planet Hollywood co-founder Robert Earl over never-opened Chicken Guy restaurant

Mall of America is seeking more than $3 million from Chicken Guy's parent company and co-founder to cover rent owed throughout a lease expiring at the end of June 2032.
