Holistic Beginnings is offering breastfeeding education to pregnant mothers to help avoid painful nipple trauma and other breastfeeding complications. The courses will be provided online, in a live setting, and mothers will receive a birth plan to help explain their wishes to their healthcare provider. She had a lot of difficulties breastfeeding and was led down a cascade of interventions that only made it more difficult. But Christine was still determined to breastfeed her baby, so she learned a gentle approach that worked well for her. After further research, Christine learned what had gone wrong and is now dedicated to helping other pregnant women avoid complications.
