Spirit to restart flight between Latrobe and popular South Carolina beach town sooner than expected

According to Gabe Monzo, executive director of the Westmoreland County Airport Authority — which manages Arnold Palmer Regional Airport, the flight's return comes about a month earlier than the airport had expected.
