ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 3, 2010, the registrant issued a press release announcing that it will redeem for cash approximately 50%, subject to rounding of fractional shares, of the 6,200,000 shares issued and outstanding of the Company’s 8.30% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock on the redemption date of June 2, 2010.
